Vendor Unload Schedule – Samhain 2023

ONLY RSVP FOR ONE “PERSON”, however you are welcome to bring as many people as you need to help unload and set up your booth!

Please reserve one of the following time slots to unload your vehicle. Your vehicle must be no larger than a pickup truck (trailers not permitted unless given special permission). You will be permitted to drive through the back gate and into the park. There you will be directed to an area close to your vendor booth. This time is for UNLOADING ONLY. Only five vehicles are permitted into Evermore at one time. Unload your vehicle as quickly as possible, then remove your vehicle from the park. Once your vehicle is removed you may take the time to set up your booth.
