Select what section you would prefer and your booth size at purchase. 10X10, 15X15 and 20X20 booth sizes are available, but for the most part we can be flexible on accommodating booth sizes outside these dimensions. Evermore Park is constantly changing their layout depending on the season and other events happening at their venue. Your vendor section is NOT GUARANTEED and is subject to change up to the morning of the event. When you select your section at purchase, know that there are several factors that may necessitate a location change. We do guarantee that we will accommodate your selected booth size. All booths are strategically placed in high traffic areas.
Set-up time will be on a schedule. The event is open to the public from 12-7pm, but vendor unloading/set-up times will be from 8-9am, 9-10am, 10-11am and 11a-12pm. We do have access to drive one vehicle per vendor no larger than a pick-up truck at the scheduled unloading/set-up time. We will accommodate up to 6 vendors per time slot. Access to schedule your time will be made available to you via email within 48 hours after your booth purchase and is on a first-come-first-served basis.
This is an outdoor venue. Canopies are recommended. No booth amenities (tables, chairs or canopies) will be provided for this event, you must bring your own.
Access to electrical outlets is limited. If you need power please let us know ASAP so we can plan ahead to accommodate. There is no WIFI available for vendor use at the park.
All other Utah Pagan Market locations will not be having a market in the month of October so regular attendees can attend the Samhain Festival.
We can not guarantee refunds for booth purchases. If you need to cancel your attendance at the festival after you have purchased a booth, your booth will be re-listed for sale. If you booth sells, a refund may be issued minus 12% the original purchase price to cover our merchant refund fees. Cancelations made less than three days before the festival will not be refunded. Please notify Debbie as soon as possible if you find out you are unable to attend!
If you are a business wanting a booth to advertise your services, but don’t have retail products to sell, this is NOT where you will purchase your booth space. Please reach out to the UPM at firstname.lastname@example.org for where to purchase an Info/Sponsor Table.
