Provided with booth: We were told the Expo will provide tables and chairs, but I have yet to confirm this! Please be prepared to bring your own until further notice. Booths are discounted until we have more information.
Type of Vendors: This is a healing conference focused on healing the mind, body and soul. We ask that your products sold and services offered are aligned with this theme. We are accepting the following type of vendors: Product Vendors, Readers (ie tarot, palmistry, astrology, etc), Healers (ie reiki, massage, etc)
Marketing Efforts: Each vendor will receive custom marketing to post on social media • ad in Pagan Chronicle • 30K+ Social media views through FaceBook boosted posts • 3000+ emails to our subscribers • one week running marquee at the event center on state street the week before event
This is a new event. We are working on getting the floor map approved with the Expo center. In the meantime booths will be discounted and we will reach out to you in the order of purchase so you can select your exact location. As soon as we get our floor map approved LARGER booths will be posted for sale, for now only 8×8 is available. Please see a rough draft of the map awaiting approval. Booth sizes are subject to change.
Booths will be listed for full price by the end of November.
