Course Instructor Service Agreement

BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING THE COURSE INSTRUCTOR APPLICATION, APPLICANT AGREES TO THESE TERMS.

Completion of Application – Completion of the Vendor Application does not guarantee conference room availability. Application processing will be done on a first-come-first-served basis. Space is limited with only one Featured Course (Course Instructor) per market. After your application is submitted, a Utah Pagan Market representative will reach out to you within 3-5 business days.

 

After approval, you will have opportunity to schedule your course time at the earliest available markets. From this point forward, there is no need to fill out the application again unless we have made changes to this Service Agreement. You may be selected to be the featured Course Instructor at future markets, a representative will reach out to discuss this. For further questions, email vendor@utahpaganmarket.com

This Is a Marketing Opportunity – Utah Pagan Market will create and provide for you a custom flyer that will also be posted to our social media accounts with links to your business pages (Facebook and Instagram), getting exposure to around 10,000 people during market month through targeted advertisements. In addition, you will be featured on the info table on market day with a representative talking to passing attendees about your services and handing out your business cards/flyers. 

 

This is a huge opportunity to expand your network and increase your clientele. You are encouraged to bring your upcoming schedule, business cards, links to your social media, any products you might have for sale, offer promos to those that schedule a follow up reading at a later date, a tip jar etc. 

Process, Schedule & Payment Details – Utah Pagan Market is run mostly on volunteer hours. In order to cover our costs, we will retain 60% of all Featured Course Ticket Sales. 

Courses will be posted to our website for pre-booking. A copy of your schedule will be printed and given to you on market day. Any classes booked on the day of the market will need to be purchased at the Eastside Witch booth. 

 

Classes will be scheduled in 1 hour blocks for $10-$25 per seat (7 seats available per class). The schedule will allow for you to take a 1 hour lunch break. If have any questions or special accommodations, please make note of it on your application.

 

If there are any empty seats five minutes before a class starts, Utah Pagan Market reserves the right to give the seats away for free in order to fill up class space.

 

One session (usually 1:00pm session) may be recorded and broadcast via Zoom for online attendance, and for reposting to the Eastside Witch Adept Learning Center website to be sold as a future online class. If your course is selected to be posted on the Eastside Witch Adept Learning Center, you will be given a free listing in the Eastside Witch Mentor Directory (a $120 value). This is another marketing avenue for you and can be an opportunity for future clients to find your contact details.

Facility Details – SANDY LOCATION: Athena Beans Coffee House and Bistro is a local coffee shop and event center located at 111 w 9000 s, Sandy, UT. Conveniently located just off the 9000 S exit of I-15. They will be serving Sunday Brunch with Mimosas on the morning of the market, making it easy to draw a crowd. The conference room where courses are held, comfortably seats 8 at a large conference table, and has a Provided: one conference table, 8 seats, and whiteboard.

Rules and Regulations

Vendor understands and agrees that: 

Vendor can not sell, assign or transfer their rented space without first notifying Utah Pagan Market via email at vendors@utahpaganmarket.com

 

Vendor will obey all laws pertaining to the operation of their business, and will comply with all the regulatory agencies and timely remit any and all applicable taxes (state, local, federal, personal, and/or business).

 

Utah Pagan Market and its affiliates are not responsible for the loss of merchandise through theft, fire, destruction, etc. Utah Pagan Market does not carry insurance of any kind for vendors or their merchandise. 

 

Vendor will not have any open flame, burning incense, unsealed liquids or any other hazardous materials including firearms, alcoholic beverages and all other items illegal by law. Vendor will comply with a family-centric atmosphere. Any damage done by the vendor to the building or its furnishings will be the responsibility of the vendor.
